The 13th International Veterinary Biosafety Workshop
will be held in 26-28 October in
Ames, Iowa (USA) at the
National Animal Disease Center

The International Veterinary Biosafety Working Group will meet in Ames, Iowa on October 26th to 28th. This meeting will bring together animal biocontainment experts from all over the world to discuss best practices and provide user guidance. The main topics covered will be Commissioning and Decommissioning of Laboratory Animal Facilities and Development of High Containment Large Animal Containment Facilities in low resource environments. Anyone working with large animals in containment is welcome to attend. Companies providing services or equipment to the large animal biosafety community are also welcome.
